Boy, you have really improved things on your web site!!! It was good before....but, now....Wow!

By the way, some feedback....since you have been working with our company to improve their customer skills....Normally, when my church members approach me at church about my company, it is to file a complaint. However, several of my church members complimented our call center the other day. Now, put that in light of the fact I have never heard anyone compliment our call center....In particular, thanking us for being so pleasant on the phone and things as simple as 1) thanking them for calling with their concern/problem and 2) asking if there were any others issues/concerns they could help them with while on the phone. Skills I know you have been working with them on....Thanks.

Dan, as I read this--I'm ashamed to say I don't reinforce my kids at all--the way I should.
Thanks for the thoughts; see you in Memphis
