Great insight. I will continue to practice in hopes that I too will be able to deliver the bad news in an inoffensive manner. I know that here at http://www.logotipoguru.com we are always looking for good ways to deliver difficult news.

After reading this article I am now able to deliver difficult news to my office personnel when necessary…which is every day, actually! Your savvy communication skills are sharp. I realize that I have been very offensive and overbearing in the past but believe me, I HEAR YOU!
