		<description>I agree with the guy who just wrote, and I know one technique you&#039;d never use even tho that that guy recommended it in his article.  You&#039;d never tell anybody to use sarcasm. I&#039;ve never been to one of your seminars, but I&#039;ve read all your blogs and heard all your podcasts and you&#039;d never tell someone to embarras somebody publicly just to shut them up. There are better ways.
