NEW FREE AUDIO: Don’t be a communication weakling! These Danger Phrases and Power Phrases will help.
Monday, July 26th, 2010
NEW FREE STREAMING AUDIO: We often hear people say (and we too sometimes make the mistake of saying) “I’m sorry if…” or “I’m sorry but…”
The worst part is, people are usually apologizing for their gifts! You’ll hear things such as, “I’m sorry for being so detail oriented.” or “Well, I’m sorry that I actually care about my job.”
In today’s professional communication training podcast, Dan helps you purge these kinds of phrases and replace them with powerful ones with the use of a Danger Phrase and Power Phrase list. Click here to listen to today’s free audio podcast. It’s the first podcast album entitled, “Professional Communication Tactics” on our podcasts page. (more…)

Working Miracles: In A Miraculous Instant You Can Release the Hate at Work
Sunday, May 9th, 2010
NEW FREE AUDIO PODCAST: I was recently delivering some on-site communication training followed by a keynote speech, and I threw out what had originally been my keynote address at the last minute, and spoke instead about what the company really needed to overcome negativity at work, and improve their communication skills–they needed a miracle.
If you’re considering professional communication training or a communication keynote speaker (or more specifically training addressing dealing with difficult people and negativity at work), I recommend first asking yourself what the real problem is that you need to deal with. Is it really communication, or is it the negative attitudes and hate among employees that leads to a breakdown in teamwork and communication?
Check out our latest audio podcast about Working Miracles (our newest course) and releasing hate at work, and let me know your thoughts when you’re done listening. I’d love to hear what challenges you’re dealing with right now.

People Act Differently in the Light
Monday, February 22nd, 2010
NEW AUDIO PODCAST: If you’re dealing with difficult people or difficult situations, remember that people act differently in the light. It is our job to be the light that casts out darkness. Whether you’re engaged in professional communication training, self-development, or learning to deal with energy vampires, you must remember the principle that light casts out darkness, and you must be that light. Today’s podcast helps you remember and work with this principle. CLICK HERE to listen to this podcast.
Wonder Twins Powers Activate! Form of…
Saturday, February 13th, 2010
NEW AUDIO PODCAST: You know how we tend to get it backwards most of the time? Well, one way we tend to get it backwards, especially in our personal relationships, is focusing on form rather than substance. We focus on the form love takes in our lives; the form abundance takes in our lives; the form God takes in our lives. The important thing is not the form, but the substance. Today, Dan’s inspirational thought for the day clarifies this idea. Click here to listen to this podcast in Dan’s Something to Think About series.
How You Do Anything is How You Do Everything
Friday, February 12th, 2010
NEW AUDIO PODCAST: It’s a basic when it comes to professional communication training or professional development of any kind: How you do anything IS how you do everything. If you’d like a better career, a better relationship, a better home, or a better car, you have to start by asking yourself, “What am I doing with what I have? Am I honoring what I have and making the most of it?” Remember, the universe has eyes, and the universe is self-organizing, and it is an impossibility that you will graduate from your current situation and upgrade to a better one if you’re not already making the most of what you have.
