Dealing with Difficult People in the Workplace

Each time I deliver onsite communication training dealing with difficult people in the workplace, I am asked if I would include articles on this topic in my blog–third person articles that I come across in my readings and research. I’m doing just that this morning, with the reminder that although this is a thought-provoking article, with numerous good ideas, I don’t necessarily endorse all of the techniques offered. (more…)
